Please note that while some items are available in stock most are made to order and will ship within 2 weeks of receipt of order unless otherwise noted.

SHIPPING

Bella Beach Jewels ships Monday thru Friday, except on holidays. You will receive a confirmation of order when the order is placed and again when the order is shipped. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (3-5 business days) with delivery confirmation at a flat rate of $8.

Expedited shipping is available via FedEx. Shipping rates for expedited services vary according to the insurance value and destination of order.

RETURNS

BellaBeachJewels.com will not accept returns, all sales final.

Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. We suggest you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it using the delivery service of your choice.

REPAIRS

We will happily repair any item purchased through BellaBeachJewels.com free of charge within 1 year of purchase. Repaired items are subect to shipping charges. We cannot refund shipping charges on repaired items.

PRODUCT CARE

Each piece of Bella Beach jewelry is handmade and should be treated with care. To maintain the luster of the gold fill and sterling silver wipe each piece with a soft jewelry or polishing cloth gently after wear.

Bella Beach Jewels is committed to protecting our clients personal information online. We will not share, trade or sell any information you provide to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to allow us to complete orders.
